Tom is a Senior Research Software Engineer in the Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford, with interests in modelling infrastructure systems, spatial networks, spatial data analysis and visualisation. He leads the technical development of the Global Resilience Index (GRI) Risk Viewer at https://global.infrastructureresilience.org and the open-source infrastructure climate risk analysis framework Open-GIRA at https://github.com/nismod/open-gira funded by CCG and other projects. Tom is part of the Sector Interactions team with Prof Jim Hall.
