COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan: Update #3

Saturday 16 November was a real milestone for CCG. As an organisation that is built on partnership, we were delighted to formalise our relationship with the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA)

🥂 We are honoured and delighted to announce the signing of an MOU between CCG (represented by Imperial College London and Loughborough University) and our friends and colleagues at International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) 🤗.

CCG’s ethos is always about partnership and collaboration not competition. We aim to amplify the work of others through our own work and add value to their work whenever we can. We believe that the climate crisis needs a partnership approach if we are to find a solution that works for countries in the Global South.

Our thanks to everyone at IRENA and to Tim Stern of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office for giving this new partnership his seal of approval.
