From data-to-dollars, an investment-ready policy pipeline

Costa Rica has developed a process of transparent and open data collection, energy modelling, policy development that has resulted in an IADB loan. The pipeline from data to loan as an example that might inspire other countries and banks. At the heart of their analysis they are using the CCG tool OSeMOSYS.
