Bethan is a Research Assistant in Climate Compatible Growth at the Smith School of Enterprise, University of Oxford. Her background is in corporate sustainability action, entrepreneurship, and innovative finance for sustainable development. Working most recently in the water/WASH research space, Bethan has conducted research projects on the concept of sustainability in water project financing and implementation; and on valuation of ecosystem services.
Her work at CCG will focus on funding and financing approaches for promoting capacity building and climate entrepreneurship, as key enablers of climate-compatible growth. She will also bring her experience in partnership and impact roles to support project management, country coordination, and impact monitoring processes for the Investment Pipelines team.
Bethan holds a First-Class degree in Geography from St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford.
