CCG is seeking an experienced Projectisation and Data Analysis professional to provide specialist expertise support to the Head of Portfolio and the Programme’s Operational Intelligence Framework (OIF) function. The CCG Projectisation and Data Analyst function is an integral component of the Programme. It is responsible for enhancing the Programme’s effectiveness through systematic project management (using the ClickUp project management tool) and providing projectisation support. Through systematic monitoring, data analysis, evaluation, and evidence-based reporting, this function will enable us to track programme progress, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.

You will contribute specialist expertise in projectisation and data analysis, helping to strengthen the Programme’s ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. You will support continuous performance improvement, enable effective stakeholder response effectively to emerging challenges and opportunities, and ultimately contribute to the Programme’s broader objectives of advancing climate-compatible and sustainable development.

Project overview

You will be providing support to CCG internal stakeholders on their projects (using ClickUp). These include the CCG Consortium Partners, technical and research communities, workstream leads, and budget centre managers, to ensure effective coordination, timely delivery, and accurate reporting of programme activities.  You will also provide learning modules and powerpoint presentations to build capacity for ClickUp projectisation quality assurance, including monitoring the updates of budget centre work plans within ClickUp, as well as the ongoing monitoring, tracking, and updating of project deliverables, milestones, and key performance indicators.

Furthermore, you will analyse and present programme performance data using a range of tools, including Microsoft Excel, ClickUp, and powerpoint. You will develop clear, concise, and audience-appropriate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress, identify emerging issues and trends, and support evidence-based decision-making across the Programme.

  • Support the continuous improvement, development and maintenance of CCG project databases, records, reporting processes and project management systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency.
