Leigh supports the design and delivery of CCG’s Capacity Building activities, with a particular focus on CLEWs, OSeMOSYS and the development of training pathways that help participants progress from learners to practitioners and instructors. His work spans Energy Modelling Platforms in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Trieste, alongside curriculum resources, proficiency badges and university partnerships that embed open-source modelling skills beyond individual training events.
