Lucy leads the organisation’s operations across Africa, Europe, and South Asia, managing implementation teams and an international network of partners and working groups.
Lucy oversees the delivery of key global programmes, including the Parliamentarians for Climate Finance initiative, run in partnership with UNIDO and supported by the Green Climate Fund, which is equipping legislators across sub-Saharan Africa to unlock climate investment and drive the clean energy transition. She also directs the implementation of Green Energy Zones, translating Climate Parliament’s vision into action on the ground.
Previously COO and Research Director for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers global report series, Lucy holds an honours degree in Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney.
