Naval Deep Kaur supports the Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) Programme within the STEER Centre at Loughborough University, providing comprehensive administrative and operational leadership for global energy transition initiatives.
She manages end-to-end event logistics—from international training and high-level policy dialogues to large-scale conferences—across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Her work includes financial administration, procurement and supplier onboarding, travel coordination, and donor reporting, ensuring compliance with FCDO and university requirements.
With an MSc in Project Management (APM-accredited) (Distinction), and MSc Chemistry Hons (2:1) and a background in chemistry and international education projects, Naval brings strong expertise in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contract management.
She has successfully delivered complex multi-partner programmes such as the Energy Modelling Platform (EMP) series, working closely with governments, multilateral organisations, and academic institutions to mobilise knowledge and capacity for sustainable energy transitions.
