Tonny is a PhD researcher at Oxford University’s Smith School of Enterprise and Environment. He studies sustainable pathways for delivering affordable clean energy in low-income countries.

Specifically, this involves investigating how different innovative approaches in business models and policies can accelerate the diffusion of renewable energy technologies and achieve multiple development goals. In CCG, Tonny is involved in projects ranging from developing data framework tools for investible energy business models, to climate adaptation entrepreneurship.
